Pregnancy Class 101

You should go to a pregnancy class if you answer YES to any of these:

1. It’s your first, second or third, or fourth… baby

3. You’re excited, nervous, afraid or worried about childbirth and labor

4. You know nothing about how to take care of a newborn

5. You think you might know “a little” or “a lot” about taking care of a newborn

You want your mothering experience to be:

1. Filled with confidence and competence

2. Full of pride that you did this!

3. Enjoyable

4. Stress free

There’s more to childbirth class than breathing techniques!

Classes can teach you:

1. What to expect during labor and delivery

2. How to have the best success with breastfeeding

3. Pain medicines used during labor

4. What to expect with your own body after childbirth

Go to as many classes as you can find. Go back multiple times. Sometimes it takes hearing and learning something at least 3 times before it sinks in!

Mary's House has awesome classes and we would love to see you.  Follow us on facebook for dates and topics!
