* Your emotions are all over the place
* You are tired
* You have so much to do
* Your hormones are doing their job and maintaining this pregnancy
So yeah, if you can’t remember your best friend’s name or how to get home and your brain is in a fog, cut yourself a little slack: it’s pregnancy brain and it’s probably going to happen to you, no matter how smart and organized you are.
Here are 5 tips to keep you focused:
1. Make a list of what you need to get done today.
2. Put sticky notes around your house to remind you what you’re supposed to be doing.
3. Set timers and alerts on your phone so you don’t get distracted.
4. Take a nap
5. Go for a walk and clear your mind.
It won’t last forever, but it makes for a good excuse… "Oh sorry, it's my pregnancy brain!"
