Have you ever kept a diary

And went back a year later to read it?

Talk about entertainment!

Having a pregnancy diary might be entertaining.

Having a pregnancy diary might also help you remember things that you are bound to forget, but wish you had remembered!

Here are a few things you can write in your pregnancy journal:

  • something good that happened to you this week
  • a love letter to your baby
  • results from your doctor’s visit
  • the first time you felt your baby kick
  • a favorite scripture
  • how you are feeling physically ( it may change from week to week)
  • how you are feeling emotionally ( this also will change throughout your pregnancy  )

       You can also write about:

  • Plans for your future
  • Dreams for your baby

Maybe you want to jot down your food cravings- Don't you want to remember that craving for ice cream with pickles and green beans ( what was I thinking?!! )

A journal is also a great way to process emotions; writing down what makes you happy and what makes you sad helps you reflect on who you are at this moment in your life.

There may be moments where you just need to write it down then rip it up!

There is no right or wrong way to keep a  journal.

Just be YOU…

Your story is worth hearing, and remembering!
