Forgive and Forget
Pregnancy is such an emotional time and pregnant women are extra sensitive when people do these things:
* Say hurtful things
* Make you feel like you’re not good enough, smart enough or worthy of love
* Criticize you
* Lead you to make harmful choices
Rather than getting angry or sad, try to FORGIVE instead.
FORGIVE them. You don’t have to forget, just FORGIVE. Forgive them, so they won’t have that power to bring you down.
When you forgive others, YOU will have peace. Forgiveness is for YOUR peace, not theirs.
Decrease the stress, forgive, find peace.

And if you’re pregnant, you are strong!...
