Pregnancy is a great time to eat well and exercise
so don’t let pregnancy stop you from getting or staying healthy!
Pregnancy is not a disease, it’s a normal part of life.
Exercise
Exercise should be a normal part of our daily lives.
You don’t need to join a gym, start with baby steps: Go for a WALK
Food
Do you want to eat better?
An easy way to do this is to eat the foods along the walls of the grocery store:
Fruit, Vegetables, Meat, Eggs.
The stuff in the middle is usually not so good for us: The processed and boxed foods, the cookies, ships, sodas.
So for now, just do a little 20 minute walk every day and do like your mama told you-
“Eat your vegetables!”
